（1）．结构图或者机构图（Mechanical Drawing of the Board）
（2）．原理图或者逻辑图（Schematics）或者输出的等效网络表（Net list）
（3）．器件物料清单BOM（Bill of Materials）
（4）．设计要求preliminary Layout Instructions*(SOW with Electrical Constraints)
（5）．产品是否需要达到某种认证要求？ProductRequirements*(Certifications,Standards,etc.)
（6）．交附件（Deliverable Items Required）
（7）．进度要求（Schedule Needs）
